  • We recommend after the 2nd day of the surgery. However, the right time depends on your procedure and your surgeon's instructions. During your first visit, we assess your stage of recovery and adapt the treatment accordingly.

  • Every recovery is different. The number of sessions depends on your procedure, swelling, tissue response and stage of recovery. We offer 6- and 10-session Recovery programs, and your specialist will recommend the most appropriate plan after your 1st visit.

  • Essential focuses on the core post-operative care for small procedure like lipo back, with 50-minute sessions, assessments and progress follow-up. Advanced is regularly recommend for more complex surgieres with incisions like tummy tuck or multiple lipo zones.

  • Drainage is done by registered therapists, and most group plans reimburse it. We provide receipts.

  • Recovery is only the first stage. Once swelling has settled and your body is ready, you may transition into our Definition program, focused on contour, firmness and silhouette refinement using Venus Legacy or lipocavitation according to your body's needs. After that, Club Nova can help you maintain your Body Care routine monthly.
